I am so sorry for your loss. Mrs. Mangels and all the Mangels are one of the Best Families I have ever know. May Your Mom Rest Peacefully now with Your Day and Pops, too. Love to All (Love Mo)

    Dearest Joan
You have been a wonderful American Mom to me and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you did for me since 1980!
You took me pillow shopping for Wagner College, told me to wait for the police with car doors locked in case my car would break down, we had so much fun in the city or on Long Island.
You loved your family and having them over for birthdays, Christmas, Thanks Giving, Army Navy Games etc. Your lasagne, turkey with stuffing or apple Betty were always so good! And for going up to West Point you prepared everything with so much love - it was an awful lot of fun to go to the games... and enjoying your prepared meals next to Bob's Cadillac!
You and Bob hold a special place in my heart forever.
My heart goes out to your family - especially as Thanks Giving and Christmas are coming up soon. Your family means very much to me and whenever I can light a candle in a church I dedicate one candle to the Mangels Family!
    Rest in Peace!
    Love,
    your Swiss daughter Evi

    Dear Joan
Thank you for Mutsie who became my best friend! I don't mind he looks "used". Thank you for the talking Teletubbies, I enjoyed them a lot! And I also still have the tape with all the Caroline songs!
I miss you. I am sad.
    Love
