Reading Newsday today I was very sad to learn about Mary. I live in Hampton Bays & worked as a Registered Nurse with Mary at Southampton Hospital in the Cardiac & Intensive Care Units. It was a long time ago, I liked her, she was a very good & qualified professional nurse. She had excellent skills & all her patients received great care .Mary made work fun she was funny & easy going & full of energy . She left to return to NYC & I lost contact with her . She did have plans to return to school & study law The staff missed her especially me she was a breath of fresh air. I knew her Mom as the unit manager of North 2 & her Dad a retired NYC fireman. Her Mom moved to Houston to be near her son who was a Doctor there after his death . My sincere condolences to her brother & family & many thoughts & prayers .May she Rest In Peace .
