When we moved to the DC area, Bill and Mary Catherine welcomed us at a time when we were really away from family for the first time. They showed us the city on many occasions, hosted us for dinner and embracing us as family.

We had rented a furnished apartment to start and the only things we owned in it beyond our clothes were a pullout couch gifted by the Mulloolys and a set of four engraved Senate glasses we still use today. He really seemed to like working in the Senate.

    I’ll miss his laugh.

Sending my prayers to all of the Mullooly and Dwyer family members. Bill was a devoted family man, neighbor and friend to so many. His wit and caring spirit touched many lives as he did my own.

Bill and I worked together on a project when he was assigned to support HP. We met during one of the on-site deployments. We hit it off pretty quick and his sense of humor was a joy as myself coming from the Navy had similar sense myself. In short time we worked together, I enjoyed our short calls. He'll be missed.

I had the pleasure to work with Bill while at HP and his memory will never be forgotten. Bill was honest and hard worker and always had a great personality. I will be forever grateful in getting to know Bill and work with him and want to wish his family condolences and peace over Bill's passing. My God hold you all tightly and help you through this time

Bill and Mary are a shining example of what a true marriage is all about. Giving and giving and never counting the cost. Mary, never think that your prayers were wasted-- they have won many graces for all of your family and Bill is sharing in the heavenly glory you and he won for him. You are to be congratulated: You have fought the good fight, you have finished the race. Your reward is forthcoming. Love you much.

My condolences to the entire family. I had the pleasure of running track with him, and sharing so many other things with him in high school. The Mullooly family is a good family and my condolences and prayers.

The pleasure of Bill's company, his warm laugh, and sly sense of humor won't ever be forgotten... whether home or in the mountains, his memory will stay with us always.
