He and Aunt Peggy had been friends since I can remember. Jim had such a way about him, he really would make you smile. Rest In Peace.

I can remember getting hugs from him as a kid and he would take the wind out of me even in his mid 70’s. He was such a strong man. You will be missed gramps ❤️

I have many fond memories of my Uncle Jim but what jumps out is his love & care for his mom, Nell Woods Mullooly in her later years. When she was staying at our house, Jim would visit often and they would swap stories and once in while sing. Those visits were so precious to her.

It was with great sadness that we read about the passing of Mr. Mullooly. He was my fifth and sixth grade teacher in Grand Avenue School. I remember him very well. My husband remembers him also although he was not his student. He remembers him coming to the school while he was still a policeman. Please accept our deepest sympathy. Remember Jim's enthusiasm for sobriety and his loving and grace-filled spirit. He was a winner and extraordinary role model. He is going home to the peace and joy he so blessedly deserves. Love and prayers to the family.
