George was a GREAT gymnastics coach and a GREAT person! Many of my best memories of coaching are competing against his teams. I will always remember him rating who held the best championship meets by the food they provided! 😀

So terribly sorry to learn about the passing of Mr. Kast. I have such fond memories of the times in Mattituck when we were all together.
