To the Pagonis Family: our prayers and condolences for the passing of Louie. He was the best! Always great to chat with him while having breakfast at the counter.
Will make a donation to the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Paul.

My father-in-law Hank, who passed in November at the age of 99 would visit us from Massachusetts. He always wanted to go to Louie's, sit at the counter and watch the great man cook. He was amazed at the efficiency, pace, and quality of the food...not to mention the family spirit and warmth that is so characteristic of what Louie created and built. What was instilled in his children and their families is remarkable and a testimony to the quality and character of the man. Louie's spirit lives on in the restaurant our boys grew up in. Louie's restaurant and the family will always be
a positive and memorable part of our life. thank you Louie...rest in peace. Peace to all the family and loved ones. The Holdreith Family
