    Joe was a kind man and he frequently attended village Board of Trustee meetings when his wife, Theresa, was mayor.
    If I said something at a BOT meeting that he agreed with he gave me a thumb’s up and a smile on my way back to my seat.

    Joe was a great man. I always enjoyed talking to him at family parties. He was interesting and knowledgable about current affairs and the Yankees. Rest In Peace Joe.
