John, Patrice, Dyte and family. So sorry to hear of Evelyn's passing. She was a sweet lady and will be missed.

I never had the pleasure of meeting Evelyn, but I have known Dyte for 35+ years. I salute her mother, and mourn her loss, for her virtuous life (as shown in the obituary) and her unqualified success in raising such wonderful children. We'll all get together and dine in Heaven!

My sincere condolences to the family at this time of your great loss. Evelyn and I were fortunate to meet over 45 years ago in Garden City when we began to enjoy the world of quilting together. We met every month with a group of wonderful crafters and shared stories of our children, grandchildren and many happy occasions. We always liked the times Evelyn hosted a meeting and shared her delicious Greek pastries with us. There were many times we had an occasion to know Mario as well when one of us hosted a dinner party at our home. I will miss her wonderful personality and her warmth and sincerity. May she rest in peace. Love to all, Marilyn Tadross (Sandi Jerro's sister.)
