The world has lost a great lady...Laure was refined, intelligent and the most loveliest hostess. My mother Rose, adored her and her company. I will always remember the delicious lunches Laure prepared for us. But more than that, her beautiful demeanor and kindness will sorely be missed. My condolences to all the Genadry family.

She was grace, gracious, humorous, fun, kindness personified, slightly mischievous in a completely naive way, adoring of her husband and family, a true servant of God. She loved nothing more than to take care of her family. I was in awe of her abilities, knowing that English was not her first language, she still always beat me at Scrabble. Even at 90 after 2 strokes! I will carry her example in my heart forever of what a wife, mother, sister, daughter, grandmother and human being should aspire to. She’s in heaven with her beloved George......making baclava.

Laure always showed such kindness and love to our family. Such a light to all of us who knew her. May she rest in peace with her beloved husband George.

Due to the pandemic and the fear of contracting COVID-19, Nadia and I will not be attending. It is so sad not to be able to personally pay our respects, as well as express our deepest condolences and sympathy to all family members.

We will always remember Tante Laure's smile, warm personality, kind heart, and most precious love to all of us.

On all occasion, she always worked hard to make us comfortable at her home.

We will always remember Tante Laure's sense of humor, and gracious open mind with compassion and wisdom.

She was a great blessing in our life. She will be greatly missed.

    Love,
    Alan & Nadia
