- April 16, 2021Frank and Kris have been great friends for many years to my parents Joe and Cele Ingrassia. Frank was a warm and good man. He had a gentle and positive energy that was contagious. Dad loved the lunch group that he, Frank, Tony Earley and John Peretz enjoyed on Fridays, where they discussed life and celebrated the fun of each others' company. While my parents and I cannot be with the Harder family this Thursday, they are in our minds and prayers.Patrice Ingrassia

- April 15, 2021Tom & I are deeply saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. Frank was one of our favorite people—truly a “good guy”. We enjoyed the times we spent with Frank, Kris & family at NAA meetings through the years and our visits with them in Garden City. Frank had a great zest for life & always a positive outlook. We miss him & know we’ve lost a great friend. Our sympathy to all the Harder family.Judy Morrison

- April 22, 2021My deepest condolences to the Harder family, I had known Frank for 45 years. Working for him for some 20 years, a honorable and fair man. He was an inspiration to his family and leaves a void.Tom Walsh
- April 21, 2021The most beautiful memorial we can give to those we love is not one made of stone but is a living memory that stays in our hearts. May your family find peace and comfort in those memories. Our deepest sympathies with much love
Aunt Alicia, Jesse and NicholasAlicia DiSalvo - April 19, 2021A terrific man who was part of our crowd in GC as members of the same church and clubs as my family for all those many years in Garden City. In the years after I moved to FL, whenever I would visit and usually run into him at Lawrence Beach in the summer, always a wonderful greeting to me asking how I was doing and how the family was.. His wonderful family and friends will miss him but he is with God now..Doug Henning
- April 17, 2021Frank was one of my best friends, and even though I left Garden City for Rhode Island I still remain attached to my old Garden City friends. I was delighted to be able to welcome Frank as one of Lawrence Beach Club's Uncle Sams (a fellowship of gregarious patriots, famous for their marching around the Club's pool suited in an Uncle Sam uniform). We met through my wife who shared a room with Kristine at the Nassau Hospital after birthing their babies. Frank's engaging smile and comfortable demeanor will be missed by many. He just had a way about him.John Rhein
- April 17, 2021On behalf of all at HAMC, I send out our sincere condolences to Bill, Hank and the entire Harder Family.Tom Link
