COVID-19 GUIDELINES FOR VISITATION

------------------------------------------------------------

Upon entering the building:

1. Under Governor Andrew Cuomo's guidance, all visitors must keep a mask or face covering on at all times and practice social distancing during the entire duration of their visitation.

2. All persons attending will have their temperature taken upon entering the building. People attending will be asked to provide contact information (Full name and telephone number or email) for contact tracing should it become necessary. No contact information will be used for solicitation, this is solely for the Department of Health.

3. Each Chapel has it's own maximum capacity, Fairchild Sons will police this policy and we thank you for your cooperation in following their directions. In the event that the chapel becomes at maximum capacity, we will request for you to wait outside of the building until someone else leaves the visitation. At that time we will make you aware that you are able to enter the building to pay your respects.

Thank you for your cooperation during this time
