How lucky were we to have such amazing neighbors as Artie & Maureen. Artie was the ambassador of the Block. Our condolences to the family.

I worked along side Artie in 1962-1964 in Engine 26 . He encouraged me to study for
promotion. Fortunately I followed his advice and retired as a Deputy Chief.

This was such a beautiful tribute to your dad. He was quite an amazing gentleman.
