Thank you for being a great Dad and Papa, Pat. You were one of a kind and I’m blessed to have had you in my life. So many stories to tell, so many laughs we enjoyed……. You’ll be missed, but never forgotten. Rest easy, you made the best mark on life and your legacy lives on.

Hi, I’m one of Pat’s daughter’s good friends, and I’ve had the privilege of knowing him since I was about 16 years old. From the start, he was such a fun, outgoing, and welcoming person.

One of my favorite memories is playing Monopoly with him—although I’d probably warn anyone here not to. Pat didn’t just play Monopoly, he re-wrote the rules. He’d make these wild bargains, end up owning the entire board, and somehow never had to pay rent on anybody else’s properties. He had a way of making each game his own, and honestly, I’ve never played Monopoly like that before.

He also loved spending time with Dana and her friends. I’ll never forget the time he found out about a French military like off the book indoctrination where the men had to snort vodka off a spoon—so then he actually convinced some of us to do it. That was Pat. Always up for a laugh, always ready for a good time.

I’m really grateful to have known him, and to have felt like part of the family. I hope his family can find comfort in knowing how loved he was, how many people he touched, and that he truly lived a full life.
