Chuck, your intelligence, sense of humor, the sparkle in your eye, all will be missed by all those who knew you.

Chuck was my best friend in my law practice. We met when he opt a firm next door to mine. He was a mentor, a brilliant mind and a loving and devoted friend. He hired my daughter in the summer between law terms. She came to love and respect him as we all did. He loved “his girls” more than anything. He also loved the law more than anyone I’ve ever known. We shared a summer home on Fire Island till he bought a condo in Westhampton. A few years later I followed him there. Once I called him and asked if he wanted to play tennis. He said “sure” and he’d be right over. Over an hour later, he walked in and when I asked what took so long , he said he walked over. I asked why and he told me that he wanted a beer after we played and he’d made a deal with himself that he had to walk over to work off the beer in advance.
That was Chuck, analytical, always kept his word even to himself, sweet, loving generous and just a great guy. I’ll miss you buddy

To Kim and Judy -Chuck was one of the best trial lawyers that America ever produced. He was well respected and he fought for his clients like they were his own kids.He was tough but fair and had a smile that charmed every juror that was on his cases. He and I went to battle many times and although the wars were hard fought, we always had time for a cocktail after with the winner buying! He was very Proud of my military service but I was more Proud to call him My Dear Friend. No matter how busy he was, he always had time for his loved ones.I am crying while writing this Chuck and I know that your family misses their Dad and Husband Dearly. You are one for the Ages now and God Bless you and your Family.

Dear Judy and family, I never had the opportunity of meeting your dad. You know in your hearts you took such good care of him. He no doubt loved you very much as well. Winters in Garden City and summers in Westhampton are a couple of spots I know all about. He had very good taste...and then he picked you. Doesn't come any better. May the Good Lord bless you all.

I have never had the honor of meeting your Father but, with all the conversations I have had with Judy and Kristy and some other yardarm folks I can pretty much visualize what kind of Father and husband he was , I also know that his ability to defend Drs .from frivolous lawsuits showed integrity and a moral integrity .
